MCCM Medical Cosmetics – Melano Out Cream is formulated to minimise and reduce skin hyper- pigmentation and dark spots from melanic origin.

It contains a rich combination of skin brightening active ingredients with botanical plants that helps to calm the skin and reduce any signs of sensibility.

Routine step: Night use.

Frequency: Start with 2-3 times a week, after that, if your skin is not sensitive, you can use it every other night. The use of a daily SPF 50+ is highly recommended. Please see in our website the MCCM SPF product range.

Treatment area: Face.

Recommended: Hyper- pigmentation, uneven skin tone, blemishes and dark spots. It maximises skin brightening treatments.

    • CLEANSE: Apply the MCCM Cleanser with a cotton pad all over the face, neck and décolleté.

    TREATMENT: Apply the MCCM Melano Out Cream, first one thin layer all over face, and a second layer on the areas with blemishes. Apply it with gentle sliding movements, having a thin layer covering the skin.I t is recommended to apply it in the evening, allowing the Melano Out Cream to work during the night.

    MOISTURE: Apply the MCCM WA Arbutin all over the face, neck and décolleté.

    PROTECTION: Apply the MCCM Sun Cream 50+ daily.
